    Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

    Job Description

    Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of our company. The ideal candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.     Responsibilities

    + Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.

    + Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.

    + Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

    + Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.

    + Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.

    + Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

    + Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.

    + Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Bachelor's degree.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

    Work Environment

    The position is 100% onsite at the Seattle, WA office. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing ample opportunities to work closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
