    Job Title: Bindery Operator

    Job Description

    The Bindery Operator will operate a bindery stitcher or perfect binder, ensuring safety and production requirements are met while adhering to safety guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and control the assigned machine for each specified job.

    + Perform regular maintenance on machines and keep them ready for production.

    + Ensure a clean and neat work area.

    + Visually check and control the quality of products on a regular basis.

    + Manage and direct Technicians in using the proper materials to maintain high productivity.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with stitching and/or bindery machinery.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with bindery machines, stitcher, offline inkjet, cutter, folder, printing.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a rotating shift schedule of 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. The shift rotation alternates every 5 weeks, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $66560.00/yr.
