    Job Title: CNC Machinist

     

    1st & 3rd shift, up to $33/hr

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **setting up and operating CNC machines,** primarily **2-4 axis lathes and mills.** You will take **prints and job orders** , **order parts from quality, set up CNC machines, run first part inspections** , and machine entire orders once the setup is proven. This role requires precision and the ability to work with tight tolerances.

     

    You should be able to confidently explain how to **set up** your machine.

    Responsibilities

    + **Set up** CNC machines

    + Operate **CNC mills and lathes**

    + Machine parts with **tight tolerances**

    + Perform **first article inspections**

    + Handle machine **changeovers**

    + Conduct **tool adjustments**

    Essential Skills

    + CNC Lathe/Mill Experience

    + CNC **Set Up** -Lathe

    + Experience with **2-4 axis machines**

    + Proficiency with **calipers, micrometers, and gauges**

    + **First article inspection** experience

    + Knowledge of **G-code and M-code programming**

    + Experience with **vertical milling** and machine operating

    ** This position consists of 4 10-hour shifts! Monday - Thursday

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50336.00 - $57200.00/yr.
