    •Open Positions:

    1st Shift (Day Shift) – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

    + Urgent Need: Forklift Operator (must be certified or experienced)

    + General Production Workers with backgrounds in:

    + Construction

    + Concrete or Precast

    + Warehouse or Material Handling

    3rd Shift (Overnight) – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Mon–Sat)

    + Skilled Laborers with experience in:

    + Construction, Concrete, or Precast

    + Maintenance or Facility Operations

    + Team Leads or Entry-Level Management

    + Focus: Prep work and material staging for the day shift

    •What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Inspect and measure materials for quality and accuracy.

    + Operate forklifts and other equipment (if certified).

    + Assist with setup and prep for daily production.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    •What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience in construction, concrete, precast, or similar fields.

    + Forklift certification or experience (especially for 1st shift).

    + Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions.

    + Physically able to lift, bend, and work in various environments.

    + Reliable, motivated, and ready to grow with a strong team.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
