Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Engineer to perform reactive maintenance on industrial saws and machinery. The role involves handling preventive maintenance (PMs) and ensuring their correct scheduling, servicing tow motors, and managing overhead crane latches. The engineer will also be responsible for properly documenting, filing, and submitting work orders and PMs using proprietary computer software, as well as carrying out fuse replacements.
Responsibilities
+ Perform reactive maintenance on industrial saws and machinery.
+ Handle preventive maintenance (PMs) and assist with their correct scheduling.
+ Service tow motors and overhead crane latches.
+ Properly document, file, and submit work orders and PMs using proprietary computer software.
+ Replace fuses as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
+ 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, preventive maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
+ Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Valid US driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Automotive repair experience (Fleet of trucks).
+ HVAC experience.
+ Shadow Board experience.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 1st shift with a flexible schedule, which could be 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. The role includes 25% clerical work and offers an opportunity to assist in developing the in-house maintenance function. The job requires taking an NFPA-75 electrical certification course. The environment fosters flexibility and the chance to shape the maintenance position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
