Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Tech to join our dynamic team. The role involves operating hi-lo/fork trucks to transport raw materials and finished goods within the plant. Positions are available on both the first and third shifts, requiring commitment to overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Drive sit-down hi-lo/fork trucks for material handling.
+ Transport raw materials to production lines.
+ Move finished products to warehousing and shipping areas.
+ Perform inspections and quality checks on parts.
+ Trim and assemble parts as necessary.
Essential Skills
+ Stable work history with at least 1-2 years at previous jobs.
+ At least 2 recent years of experience operating a hi-lo for 75% or more of the workday.
+ Experience in manufacturing, inspection, loading, trimming, unloading, and assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Reliable with good attendance and no history of being late or calling in.
+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
+ Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Environment
Our facilities manufacture carpeted products for the automotive industry, with recent expansions adding plastic manufacturing. The work environment includes multiple stamping cells, high production standards, and a focus on efficiency. The plant operates with about 70 production employees per shift, and training is provided to ensure you become proficient quickly. You will work in a team-oriented atmosphere with opportunities for growth and development.

The pay range for this position is $30000.00 - $30000.00/yr.
Job Title: Fork Truck Driver
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fork Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves driving sit-down hi-lo/fork trucks, transporting raw materials to production lines, and moving finished products to warehousing and shipping.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down hi-lo/fork trucks safely and efficiently.
Transport raw materials to designated production lines.
Move finished products to warehousing and shipping areas.
Inspect and trim parts as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Essential Skills
Stable work history with at least 1-2 years in previous jobs.
At least 2 recent years of experience operating a hi-lo/fork truck for 75% or more of the workday.
Reliable attendance with no tardiness or unexcused absences.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing facilities produce automotive carpeted products with soundproof, weatherproof, and waterproof backing. The work environment includes high production areas with multiple stamping cells and presses. You will work alongside approximately 70 production employees per shift in a collaborative and dynamic setting. Training is provided, with an expectation to learn multiple roles within the first week. The facility operates on a weekly schedule from Monday to Thursday for first shift and Sunday night to Thursday night for third shift, with potential overtime.
