Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves operating Disa Mold Machines, ensuring the setup of machines before each run, packing sand into molds for casting metal parts, and maintaining the quality of produced products. Additionally, you will assist in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Run Disa Mold Machines.
+ Ensure machines are set up properly before each run.
+ Pack sand into molds used for casting metal parts.
+ Ensure the quality of products being produced.
+ Assist in other areas as needed throughout the operation.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of Machine Operating Experience.
+ 2+ years of consistent work history.
+ Experience working within foundry, steel, or metal industries.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical Aptitude.
+ General production knowledge.
+ Experience in general labor and machine operation.

Work Environment
2nd Shift: 2:15pm - 11:45pm. The position involves working in a foundry setting, which includes exposure to high temperatures and heavy machinery. A commitment to safety and adherence to dress codes for safety is essential.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.87 - $23.87/hr.
