Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a warehouse setting where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for operating a forklift, working with power tools, and packaging and building crates. This position requires the ability to lift an average of 50lbs daily.

Responsibilities

+ Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.

+ Utilize power tools for building crates and packaging tasks.

+ Conduct order picking and manage inventory.

+ Perform shipping and data entry tasks using shipping and freight management software.

+ Ensure warehouse inventory control and manage bills of lading (BOL).

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of consistent work history in a warehouse setting.

+ 2+ years of warehouse experience.

+ 1+ year of ERP usage, ideally SAP.

+ 1+ year of experience in inventory management, order picking, and forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with material handling.

+ Proficiency in shipping and freight management software.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting during the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including forklifts and power tools.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAK CREEK, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
