    Construction Laborer Foreman-- Weekly Pay

    Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

    A Construction Laborer working on Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) is responsible for assisting in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures. This role involves a variety of tasks that require physical strength, technical skills, and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    + Cut material, stage material, and bolt the material into place based on blueprints.

    + Use pry bars, tin snips, pliers, ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, and speed squares.

    + Work out of scissor lifts while following all OSHA regulations (PPE, harnesses, etc.).

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with welding, fabrication, labor, and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.

    + Knowledge of structural welding, blueprints, structures, MIG, and stick welding.

    + Proficiency with structural steel and MIG welding.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM, working out in the field on structures. Expect 2-5 hours of overtime per week.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
