Crouse Health is hiring an Assistant to the Director to work Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with other shifts assigned

     

    Pay Range: $25.40-31.75/hour

    Assistant to the Director Position Responsibilities:

    + Provides administrative support to the assigned Director as well as other department leadership and staff.

    + Duties may include but not limited to:

    + Scheduling/Coordinating meeting arrangements.

    + Confidential material preparation.

    + Accounts payable.

    + Payroll and clerical support.

    Assistant to the Director Position Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.

    + 3-5 years in professional, fast-paced office setting.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
