Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Order Selector position. In this role, you will operate an electric pallet jack to efficiently pick pallets off shelves, moving between refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections throughout your shift. You will stack and wrap pallets, load, unload, and stage materials, and use a handheld RF scanner to ensure the correct products are selected.

Responsibilities

+ Operate an electric pallet jack to pick and transport pallets.

+ Navigate between refrigerated, freezer, and dry sections.

+ Stack and wrap pallets securely.

+ Load, unload, and stage materials as needed.

+ Utilize a handheld RF scanner to accurately scan products.

Essential Skills

+ Experience operating an electric pallet jack.

+ Experience working in a warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to work in a cold environment.

+ Successful completion of a machine test on site during the interview.

+ Steel toe boots are required.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position located in Linden, New Jersey, within the freezer and refrigerated sections of our fast-paced warehouse. The shift runs from Sunday through Thursday, 6pm to 4am. Protective clothing such as jackets, gloves, and hats are provided to ensure your comfort in cold environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linden, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.
