    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

    **Pay:** Up to $32hr

    **Shift:** 1st shift (Mon-Fri)

    **Location:** Mt. Juliet, TN

    Job Description

    Maintain a smooth and efficient operation of a facility's systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks, identify and resolve issues, and may also coordinate with contractors for larger projects. Work on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the facility.

    + Changing out and installing new fixtures in the facility.

    + General project work on the facility and surrounding grounds.

    + Source and order components for equipment when issues occur.

    Work Environment

     

    Assembly type of environment with metal detectors and screening prior to entering the facility. No PPE required. Temperature controlled warehouse.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
