Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

Perform panel wiring or wire assembly tasks according to provided diagrams and work instructions to build control panels for HVAC fans. This role involves wiring control panels themselves rather than soldering on circuit boards. Responsibilities include measuring and cutting wire to size and using small hand tools and crimpers.

Responsibilities

+ Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

+ Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of electrical wiring or assembly experience.

+ 1+ years experience reading wiring diagrams or schematics.

+ 1+ years experience wiring or assembling control panels.

+ Proficiency with hand tools.

+ High attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a production or manufacturing environment with wire assembly experience.

+ Ability to see all colors and perform meticulous work following diagrams.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate controlled, with a shift schedule of 7 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday. It is a friendly group that promotes interactive work.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkton, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $22.50/hr.
