Tool and Die Apprentice
Monday-Thursday
7:30AM-5:30PM
$25-$32/hr Based on experience
Responsibilities
+ Perform electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair on various machines, including plastic extrusion, CNC machines, and custom-built manufacturing equipment.
+ Demonstrate strong electronics and electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC programming.
+ Repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
+ Assist in machine operation and other areas to understand the business and machinery involved.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
+ 1-2 years of experience as a Mills/CNC machinist.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine operation.
+ Ability to measure and check parts using calipers.
+ Valid IDs for employment.
+ Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Entry-level experience in tool & die, maintenance, CNC, or manual machining.
+ Nice to have design and computer experience.
+ Experience with plastic extrusion and creativeness.

Work Environment
Work in an 83,000 square foot climate-controlled manufacturing facility located in the heart of Oklahoma City, close to downtown. The facility includes indoor parking and houses 18-20 machines, some custom-built for specialized tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
