    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

    Job Description

    Are you ready to take charge and run an entire warehouse on your own? This dynamic role requires a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for both manual work and supervisory duties at our New Mexico location. You'll be the go-to person for all aspects of warehouse operations, including documentation and reporting, with no help needed!

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a sit-down forkliftto load and unload trucks.

    + Read manifeststo accurately plan shipments.

    + Update Excel reports and system data logsto keep everything running smoothly.

    + Communicate effectivelywith internal partners, freight handlers, and end customers.

    + Coordinate with driversto arrange pickups.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.

    + Strong warehouse management skills.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    + Ability to supervise warehouse operations.

    + Inventory and logistics management expertise.

    + Understanding of supply chain processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong reliability and dependability.

    + Proficient documentation and computer skills.

    + Willingness to work 7 days a week if necessary.

    Work Environment

    + You'll be the sole employee in the warehouse, reporting to a Senior Manager located in New Jersey.

    + Enjoy a flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call duties during weekends if deliveries are scheduled.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
