Job Title: Foreman
Job Description
Provide direction and leadership to assigned FES team members as well as subcontractors. Participate in the project preplanning process and lead the execution of assigned projects. Identify customer issues and concerns, escalate accordingly to ensure problem resolution. Coordinate work with other trades and run control wire per industry standard. Install conduit and fittings per industry standard. Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices. Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments. Shifts may be day or night, depending on the project schedule. Mentor junior-level installation technicians.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in the installation of Building Controls and Automation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
