    Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

    Job Description

    As a machine operator, you will assist in operating Flexo machines, which are responsible for folding, stacking, and packaging finished products. Your role will primarily involve feeding raw stock into the machines. The work is consistent and involves lifting weights of 10-30 lbs throughout the shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and assist with Flexo machines.

    + Feed raw stock into the machines.

    + Inspect and package finished products.

    + Set up and load machines as required.

    + Conduct quality control checks.

    + Perform general labor tasks as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Machine operating experience.

    + Experience in manufacturing or production.

    + Ability to lift 10-30 lbs consistently.

    + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day.

    + Longevity at previous jobs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

    + Experience with inspection and packaging.

    + Experience with quality control and assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean and organized facility on the 2nd shift from 2pm to 10pm. Pay starts at $18.25 per hour, with a $2 raise after four months. The environment is noisy due to the Flexo and corrugated packaging machines. Employees are expected to work 9-hour shifts consistently. The facility is privately owned, stable, and offers growth opportunities with newer equipment and a smaller team of 50 employees.

    This is a position based out of FORT ATKINSON, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25/hr.
