Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our facility located in Coudersport, PA. Our company specializes in manufacturing truck lights, including headlights, tail lights, running lights, and wire harnesses for pick-up trucks, tractor trailers, and military vehicles. The position involves working in either the Harness/Assembly or Warehouse department, performing various tasks related to manufacturing and distribution.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general warehouse duties such as using an RF scanner to pull orders, boxing orders, labeling, packing, and running a bagging machine.

+ Use a pallet jack to lift and palletize products, completing customer orders specific to one company.

+ Work in different sections of the warehouse including manufacturing packer, customer packer, picker, and industrial truck operator.

+ Manufacturing Packer: Handle larger orders by reading work orders, finding products on shelves, scanning them, and placing them into plastic totes for labeling and palletizing.

+ Customer Packer: Manage smaller, detailed orders by pulling, counting, inspecting, and packing parts, ensuring accuracy and quality from start to finish.

+ Industrial Truck Operator: Operate sit-down forklifts and high-reach trucks after learning pick and pack tasks and passing a forklift test, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a team setting.

+ Basic computer skills, especially for customer packer roles.

+ Knowledge of operating RF scanners and pallet jacks.

+ Attention to detail and reliability.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in general labor, warehouse pick/pack, assembly, manufacturing, and production is preferred but not required.

+ Forklift operation experience is a plus.

+ No specific math skills required.

The work environment is a clean, small part manufacturing setting. The dress code

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
