    Job Title: General Labor (Armor Edge Sprayer)

    Job Description

    Join our team as an Armor Edge Sprayer where you will play a vital role in the production process by applying coatings to table edges, ensuring quality through visual inspections, and learning various manufacturing stages. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Spray coatings on the edges of tables.

    + Scrape excess product off the edges.

    + Visually inspect finished products for quality assurance.

    + Cross-train in various stages of the manufacturing process.

    + Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

    + Utilize tape measures and other tools as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience.

    + 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.

    + Ability to push/pull 50 lbs throughout the day.

    + Assembly, packaging, and inventory management skills.

    + Experience with RF scanners, packing, and shipping and receiving.

    + Production line experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED is required.

    + Ability to pass tape measure, reading, and math tests.

    + Must stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Previous experience in spraying coatings is beneficial.

    Work Environment

     

    Work the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with occasional Fridays for overtime. Training will occur on the 1st shift for a few weeks (6 AM to 4:30 PM). Pay starts at $21/hr, including the shift premium. The environment is clean but can get warm/hot during summer and dusty due to wood products. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans, with a requirement for leather lace-up shoes without steel toes.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
