    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute in various areas. This role involves running pre-cast machines, handling concrete blocks, cleaning forms, pouring concrete, and occasionally operating a forklift. The work is primarily outdoors, requiring comfort with heat and physical tasks. Enjoy the convenience of working at a single location without the need for travel.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate pre-cast machines and handle concrete blocks.

    + Clean forms and pour concrete as needed.

    + Occasionally operate a forklift for heavy lifting.

    + Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in a dusty environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor, construction, concrete, and casting.

    + Ability to operate a forklift, preferably outside on gravel.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty environment.

    + Willingness to perform labor-intensive tasks.

    + Desire to advance into a lead position.

    + Construction experience is highly valued.

    This is a Contract position based out of Saint Michael, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
