Job Title: Heavy Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Assembler for our 1st shift Manifold Assembler role. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity for overtime. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime after hours and on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

+ Work under supervision with team members to complete various tasks in the assembly process.

+ Prep parts, de-burr, power wash, install SAEs and expander plugs, assemble valves, test, install fittings, verify, and pack for shipment based on line and business needs.

+ Fill assembly orders from start to finish according to company quality standards.

+ Assemble per blueprints, instruction sheets, PCP’s, and other vital production documents.

+ Log assembly information on daily or weekly log sheets as required by the department.

+ Prepare work in process for the next step in production.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
