    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team for the 1st or 2nd shift. This role involves assembling, soldering, and wiring various components and products to precise specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks with precision.

    + Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for accurate equipment and product assembly.

    + Construct and test wire harness connections.

    + Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.

    + Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to standards.

    + Report product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

    + Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of electromechanical experience.

    + Proficient in wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Soldering or previous IPC certifications are preferred but not a requirement.

    + Minimum 3-5 years of assembly experience.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
