    Job Title: Industrial Service Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Shop Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and/or rebuilding lease returns, trade-in machines, and rentals, as well as occasional repair of customer machines upon arrival at the shop. Our Shop Service Representatives are committed to providing quality customer service and effective communication to minimize costs and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Repair and rebuild lease returns, trade-in machines, and rentals.

    + Provide repair services for customer machines brought into the shop.

    + Maintain excellent customer service and communication to minimize costs and ensure satisfaction.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mobile equipment.

    + Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

    + Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and small engine repair.

    + Ability to read blueprints, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tech school diploma is a plus.

    + 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mobile equipment.

    + Preferred experience in automotive or small engine repair.
