• Concrete Laborer - 23/hr + OVERTIME

    **Location:** Brighton, CO

    Shift:

    + **Day Shift:**

    + Monday to Friday, 10-12 hour shifts

    + Start times vary based on workload, typically between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM

    + Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays

    **Pay:** $23/hr

    Job Description:

    A thriving concrete plant in Brighton is seeking dedicated laborers. Key responsibilities include setting, filling, and grating forms, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the production area. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules and willing to work consistent overtime.

    Main Duties:

    + Set up and prepare forms for concrete pouring

    + Fill forms with concrete and ensure proper leveling and finishing

    + Grate and smooth concrete surfaces

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area

    + Assist with loading and unloading materials

    + Operate basic machinery and tools as needed

    + Follow safety protocols and guidelines

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience in construction labor, landscaping or oil field

    + Physical work capability

    + General labor skills

    + Ability to work outdoors

    + Ability to work effectively in a team

    + Ability to work overtime

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
