    Job Description

    As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure that buildings are clean and well-maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Assign tasks to custodial staff and supervise their work.

    + Inspect the work of custodial staff to ensure it meets proper standards.

    + Assist in cleaning duties as needed, including factory floors and restrooms.

    + Order supplies and equipment, and manage inventory.

    + Establish and maintain standards for work performance.

    + Ensure productivity stays within contract parameters for labor, equipment, supplies, and other costs.

    + Lead a team of 25 or less janitors, with assistance from the main supervisor.

    Work Environment

     

    This role requires flexibility with shifts, including Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Available shifts are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The position is onsite, where you will assist while someone is on leave of absence for the rest of the year, leading a team of janitors.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
