    Job Title: CNC Saw Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Saw Operator to efficiently operate CNC cold saws, circular saws, and plate sawing equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reading micrometers, tape measures, and calipers, and will be capable of operating a forklift/side loader, strapping machine, and overhead crane.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC cold saw, circular saw, and plate sawing equipment.

    + Accurately read micrometers, tape measures, and calipers.

    + Operate a forklift/side loader and manage material stocking when necessary.

    + Operate a handheld strapping machine to secure products for shipping.

    + Operate an overhead crane with certification.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of machine operation experience, preferably in the steel industry.

    + 3+ years of experience operating tow motors or forklifts.

    + Ability to read tape measures accurately.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CNC Saw or Bandsaw is preferred.

    + SAP experience is a plus.

    + Overhead crane experience is desirable.

    Work Environment

     

    Work at a tubular steel company located in Strongsville, OH. Enjoy competitive pay with potential raises, and choose between 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Participate in the Cintas uniform program from week two, with all necessary PPE provided, including sleeves, hard hats, and safety glasses.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
