    Maintenance Technician $27-$37/hr 1st shift

    Job Description

    A family-owned company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and maintenance tasks on the building, equipment, and boilers. The role involves a mix of preventative maintenance, handling breakdowns of machines, and some facility/building maintenance duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform a variety of mechanical and electrical tasks, roughly 60% mechanical and 40% electrical.

    + Maintain and repair boilers, chillers, RTUs, steam heaters, ovens, pumps, belts, and mechanical systems.

    + Conduct MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum as needed.

    + Handle plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and touch-ups of the building as required.

    + Perform light preventative maintenance on forklifts and overhead cranes; subcontract higher-level repairs and electrical work.

    + Ensure all maintenance tasks within the building are completed and coordinate with vendors as necessary.

    Shift/Pay:

    Shift:Work hours are from 6AM to 4:30PM Monday through Thursday, and a half day friday 6:00am-12:00pm.

     

    Pay: Open for pay based on exp but expect $25-40/hr

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
