    Maintenance Technician

     

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous production. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance, thorough preventive maintenance checks, mechanical troubleshooting, and repair of production machines. You will also maintain the plant buildings and grounds, ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide emergency and unscheduled repair of production equipment to support production.

    + Perform scheduled maintenance of equipment as necessary.

    + Conduct thorough preventive maintenance checks on a routine schedule.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues, including PLC programming.

    + Maintain plant buildings and grounds, including plumbing, painting, mowing, and other ground maintenance.

    + Comply with ISO guidelines and OSHA Safety and Health regulations.

    + Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical skills including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.

    + Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience with PLC programming.

    + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

    + Basic math skills.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
