    Our Team in Chester County is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, specifically HURCO TM6i 2-axis turning centers and HURCO VM5i 3-axis machining centers. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Programming, setting up, and operating HURCO TM6i 2-axis CNC turning center.

    + Programming, setting up, and operating HURCO VM5i 3-axis CNC machining center.

    + Inspecting your own work using various inspection equipment to measure tight tolerances, including height stands, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.

    + Grinding and fabricating specialty tooling as required.

    + Helping troubleshoot machines as required.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Machining diploma/degree or equivalent experience such as below:

    + Experience set up and programming for CNC turning and/or machining centers.

    + Experience with setting up and operating CNC Swiss Machines and/or Hurco CNC machines is ideal.

    + Experience with 1st piece inspection using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).

    + Experience reading blueprints.

    + Responsible for replacing tools, indicating fixtures, etc.

    + Experience with editing is preferred.

     

    Overtime is optional and usually 2 hours before or after the shift

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50252.00 - $69494.00/yr.
