Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Shift Assembler where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and sub-assembly of conveyor systems. This position involves mechanical and electrical assembly using hand and power tools, working closely with a team to complete projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

+ Perform assembly and sub-assembly of conveyor systems.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical assembly.

+ Collaborate with a team to assemble conveyor systems from start to finish.

+ Stand for 8-10 hours per day as part of the assembly process.

Essential Skills

+ 6 months or more of assembly/manufacturing experience.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ General production skills.

+ Mechanical and electrical assembly experience.

+ Ability to use a tape measure.

+ Experience with assembly lines and inspection processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ The ability to fit in with a small team and show up consistently is valued over specific skill sets as training will be provided.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime on weekends as needed. The facility is a new, clean, and climate-controlled environment, providing a comfortable and organized workplace.

This is a position based out of Beloit, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
