Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in staging for shipments, moving products with a sit-down forklift, and correctly labeling and filling chemicals. Our plant specializes in manufacturing and distributing chemicals for industrial, food, and pharmaceutical applications.
Pay: $21-25/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM M-F
Responsibilities
+ Stage products for shipment and ensure accuracy in labeling.
+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move products efficiently.
+ Fill, clean, and re-label totes as necessary.
+ Perform manual fills and prepare products for shipping.
+ Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience working in a production environment, with GMP regulation preferred.
+ 3+ years of forklift experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Strong ability to follow instructions and take orders.
+ Safety-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in chemical handling and labeling.
+ Understanding of GMP practices.

Work Environment
Our production plant operates in a chemical environment, with potential exposure to ammonia or chlorine smells. We provide protective wear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits for handling chemicals. The work environment is clean by industry standards, with a focus on safety. The role operates on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
