    Job Title: Concrete Foreman

    Job Description

    Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers on construction sites. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements. Schedule and manage daily work activities to meet project deadlines. Inspect work progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary. Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers on construction sites.

    + Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read blueprints

    + Concrete experience

    + Commercial concrete experience

    + Pre-cast experience

    + Experience with laser screeds

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience explaining the process for commercial set up

    + Ability to determine when concrete is ready to be set up

    + 3 years experience as a foreman

    + Clean driving record

    Work Environment

     

    Work from Monday to Friday, year-round, with weekends during peak season, consistently for 50 weeks. Travel within a 60-mile radius, returning home every night. Work consists of large projects, not sidewalks, with 80% of the time spent on-site.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
