Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for entry-level and experienced positions in our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for those new to the workforce or coming from backgrounds such as fast food, general labor, or cleaning. We provide training for candidates with a positive attitude, good attendance, and punctuality. Experienced assemblers and production workers are also welcome, with competitive pay based on experience. You will be responsible for assembling heating elements and industrial ovens by following drawings and instructions, drilling and tapping holes for mounting, attaching connections, wiring electrical components, and mechanically assembling the final product.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble heating elements and industrial ovens following drawings and instructions.

+ Drill and tap out holes for mounting components.

+ Attach various connections as required.

+ Wire electrical components as part of the assembly process.

+ Mechanically assemble the final product ensuring quality and accuracy.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in general labor, food service, or production line work.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Capability to follow blueprints or engineered drawings (training available).

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in customer service, retail sales, food science, hospitality, or construction.

+ Skills in food handling, assembly, inventory management, and production packaging.

+ Experience with loading trucks and working on a packaging line.

+ Ability to pick and assemble products.

Work Environment

The work is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility, which can get hot during the summer months. Candidates should be prepared to work in this environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pacific, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
