Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
+ We are seeking an assembler to join our team.
+ The ideal candidate will be responsible for wiring and building electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies according to customer requirements.
+ The position offers a consistent schedule on 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
+ Wire and build electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies per customer requirements.
+ Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and bills of materials.
+ Drill or tap holes to mount control units or provide openings for components, wiring, or instruments.
+ Utilize a variety of small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
+ Complete point-to-point wiring and install a wide variety of electronic components including PLCs, relays, lights, switches, and other devices.
+ Document work as necessary to initiate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
+ Perform operations such as deburring, grinding, and sawing.
+ Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within the plant.
+ Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and write in English.
+ Experience with drilling and tapping sheet metal.
+ Proficiency in operating hand tools.
+ Ownership of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, tape measure, allen wrenches).
+ Experience with wiring harnesses or components.
+ Knowledge of various wire gauges, types, and sizes.

Pay
+ $20-25/hour+ based off of interview and previous work experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
