Job Title: Process Operator
Job Description
We are leading the charge in Ethanol production, supplying our product to gas stations within a 40-120 mile radius of our facility. Our main suppliers include prominent names such as Kwik Trip and ExxonMobile. As a Process Operator, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities each day, including troubleshooting on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves; unloading materials with a sit-down gas-powered forklift; and working with a DCS system to monitor and manage operations.
Pay
This position pays up to $30/hr with extra pay bumps for completing certifications post hire.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot on conveyors, forklifts, pumps, and valves
+ Unload materials using a sit-down gas-powered forklift
+ Check temperatures of bearings
+ Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
+ Operate a DCS system to see what needs to be done next
+ Enter data using Microsoft Word and Excel
Essential Skills: (Flexible Dependent on Experience)
+ 2+ years of experience as a Chemical Operator
+ 5+ years of safety experience (OSHA)
+ 3-5 years of experience with LOTO procedures
+ 3+ years of experience with mechanical troubleshooting
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ year of forklift experience (training provided)
+ 1-2 years of experience operating boilers
+ Ability to learn and grasp information quickly

Work Environment
Our facility operates on rotating shifts: Days (5:45 am - 6:00 pm) and Nights (5:45 pm - 6:00 am), with rotations every 6 weeks. The schedule includes alternating workdays and off days, with details provided in the job schedule. Employees are required to wear hard hats, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. The facility is climate-controlled, large, and employees work in groups. There are 85 total employees in the plant.

This is a Permanent position based out of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
