We are currently hiring an Auto Loan Underwriter for one of the top Consumer Lenders in Colorado. This position is fully remote and equipment will be provided. These individuals MUST be able to work between the hours of 12pm-9pm MST, on Monday-Friday, and occasionally on weekends.

Description

Daily Responsibilities:

+ Review individual queue of loans from dealers and credit unions

+ Work oldest file to the newest

+ Perform a complete review of the file, including: LTV, DTI, Credit Bureau reports, income calculations, borrower history, etc.

+ Enter notes on the borrower, follow up with the dealer/credit union on notes

+ Make final decision on files

+ Daily Utilization of ArcOS, L360, Temenos, Keystone Correlation, Meridian Link, and/or CUDL.

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:

+ Be able to work weekdays and weekends between 12pm - 9pm MT shift

+ at least 3+ years of Auto Loan Underwriting experience

+ at least 2+ years of Indirect Auto Loan Underwriting experience

+ Understanding of LTV, DTI, and credit bureaus

+ Experienced with income calculations

+ Must have experience with at least one of the following: L360, CUDL, ArcOS, Keystone Correlation, LBQ, or Meridian Link

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
