    Description

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

    • Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored marketing solutions.

    • Prepare and present regular updates and performance reports, highlighting KPIs and strategic insights.

    • Tackle project challenges swiftly, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

    • Monitor budgets closely, aligning financial performance with project objectives.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, delivering actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    • Maximum 3–5 years of experience in account management or project coordination within a marketing or advertising agency.

    • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing projects.

    • Advertising agency experience required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
