    PAY: $50k-60k

    HOURS: M-F 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Mortgage Post Closer will play a crucial role in the closing process of mortgage loans, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires a thorough understanding of the closing process, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the financial services industry.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    *3-5 years of Post Closing Experience*

    • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills

    Education, Certification, and License Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
