TEKsystems is working with a client located in St. Louis, MO on a Service Desk Manager with specific experience within Manage Engine. We are so excited to see your resume and see if this would be the right fit for you!
Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone that has experience with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus configuration and deployment. We have a third party vendor that is going to assist us, but I think we need a dedicated resource, on staff, that can assist us in configuring this platform. While also managing a team of 4-6 Service Desk Technicians.
We have several modules of ManageEngine including AD Manage, Endpoint Central and many more and if they have experience in these modules it will be a bonus for us. What we are looking for is someone who already has intimate knowledge that can help us with not only configuring it for first use, but also the care an feeding of Manage Engine after the fact.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
