Description

• Provide technical support to Grindr employees and contractors

• Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g., HR, Security, Engineering) to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows.

• Assist with ticket triage and resolution, escalating more complex issues when needed.

• Support a variety of SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, and Onelogin.

• Collaborate with the IT team to improve documentation and support processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, or similar roles) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP).

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Onelogin (or similar), and macOS/Windows environments.

• Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.

• Basic understanding of user access, roles, and SaaS system administration.

• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions.

College degree in engineering or computer science++

College degree in technical field+

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
