Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate a patient's need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards of care.

- Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.

Requirements:

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.

- Ability to evaluate patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

- Provide care and treatment following physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards.

- Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.

- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000/year
