    As a Dining Server, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our patients and their families. This position requires a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to actively listen to our guests’ needs.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet residents and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere

    + Take meal orders accurately, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are respected

    + Serve meals promptly and courteously, paying attention to presentation and quality

    + Actively listen to residents feedback and requests, responding with empathy and professionalism

    + Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth meal service

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables

    + Assist in the preparation of dining areas for special events or celebrations

    + Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

    + Excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to patient needs

    + Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    + Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

    + Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred

    + A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service that enhances the dining experience

    + Strong teamwork skills that contribute to a positive work environment

    Shift: Day & Evening Shifts Available

     

    Salary: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
