CTG is seeking to fill a Sr. Oracle Developer opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

**Duration:** 6 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven **Package Consultant – Oracle ERP Cloud Financials** to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Financial modules on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role involves deep collaboration with clients to understand financial business processes and deliver comprehensive Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, integration with other enterprise systems, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies and financial operations.
Duties:
+ Implement and support Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
+ Gather business requirements and design Oracle ERP-based solutions
+ Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules based on client specifications
+ Lead data migration and system integration efforts
+ Provide training and ongoing support to end users
+ Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within the ERP system
+ Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
+ Ensure adherence to financial and IT compliance requirements
Skills:
+ In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules
+ Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes
+ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
+ Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud integration tools
+ Experience with APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud
+ Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional team environment
Experience:
+ 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials implementation or support
+ Minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
+ Experience with third-party system integration (cloud or on-premises)
+ Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments is a plus
+ Exposure to Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leasing (OFSLL) is a plus
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Oracle ERP Cloud Financials certification preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
