The Nayar laboratory is seeking a full-time **_Research Technologist_** to perform cutting-edge research into the mechanisms of drug resistance in breast and gynecological cancer. Start date is negotiable and can range from April-June 2025. The research technologist has the opportunity to work on one or more of several projects available in the lab focusing on transcriptional control of resistance, therapeutic vulnerabilities of resistant cancer, new cancer model (PDX/PDO) development, and large-scale oncogene variant-to-function efforts. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Designing and performing laboratory experiments as part of a collaborative scientific team.
+ Documenting, compiling, and analyzing experimental data accurately.
+ Participating in regular lab and small group meetings.
+ Reporting findings in oral and written formats, including manuscripts.
+ Maintaining and organizing the lab, including keeping track of supplies and reagents, and ordering and stocking the lab.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Some related post-undergraduate work experience.

Starting Salary Range: $15.70 - $26.25 HRLY (Commensurate w/exp.)
