Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

+ Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing & serving food

+ Collects payment from guest.

+ Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, and beverage station, restroom, etc.

+ Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
