COMFORT SHOWERS & BATHS , a division of COMFORT WINDOWS , is seeking a dependable and experienced Licensed Plumber to join our Tonawanda, NY location, providing residential plumbing work. This position involves working together with our installation crews on a variety of hands-on tasks in homes throughout the area, with a focus on quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
+ The position will primarily work with our bathroom remodeling department. You will be responsible for installation, repair, and movement, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot any plumbing issues during the installation, providing effective and lasting solutions.
+ Interpret blueprints, building codes, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
+ Work directly with Comfort Crew Lead in addressing homeowners to explain work and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and code standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Keep job sites clean and organized, and adhere to all safety protocols.
Requirements:
+ Valid plumbing license
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing preferred
+ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ A valid NYS driver's license
