    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Level 1 Support Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Plano, TX and provide walk-in and remote support to users. **Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred (Not a requirement).**

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required

    + Stage and build systems

    + Complete special projects as requested

    + Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Good communication skills

    + Good analytical / troubleshooting skills

    + Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems

    + Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications

    + iOS and Android working knowledge

    + Good customer support skills

    + Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing

    + Walk-up and remote support service experience

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The hourly rate for this position is between **$18.00 - $26.00** **per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
