    Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently looking for a full time Revenune Cycle Manager to manage the functions of the financial processes of our skilled nusing facility services. This position involves overseeing the revenue cycle from patient registration through billing and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

    Requirements of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

    + Must have a strong understanding of medical billing and business office functions.

    + Bachelor of Science degree in accounting preferred.

    + Must have knowledge of Medicare.

    + Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.

    + Problem-solving skills to address billing issues efficiently.

    + Must be computer literate (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills).

    + Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.

    + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with patients and insurance representatives.

    + Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to optimizing revenue processes to support the organization’s financial health.

    Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Manager:

    + Manage patient accounts from registration to final payment, ensuring accurate billing and collections.

    + Review and verify insurance information and patient eligibility.

    + Process claims submissions and follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies.

    + Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to patient inquiries regarding their accounts.

    + Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation for coding purposes.

    + Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

    + Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
