Salary: $50 / Hour

Position Description:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required

+ Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required

+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Specialty: Addictions Treatment

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (With flexibility)

Hours Per Week: 40 hour work week

Eligible Licenses/Certifications:

+ Counselors must be credentialed as any of the following under the Department of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA):

+ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

+ Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

+ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

+ Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC)

+ Psychologist

+ Physician

+ Advanced Practice Nurse or a Certified Nursing Specialist (APRN)

+ An individual credentialed in addictions counseling by a nationally recognized credentialing body approved by the division as indicated below:

+ Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)

+ Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II (CADAC II)

+ Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant III (CADAC III)

+ Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant IV (CADAC IV)

+ Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant V (CADAC V)

+ Addiction Professional in Training (APIT)

+ Certified Addiction Counselor Level I (ICACI)

+ Certified Addiction Counselor Level II (ICACII)\

+ National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level I (NCAC I)

+ National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II (NCAC II)

+ Master Addiction Counselor (MAC)

+ Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
