Your Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with segment Manufacturing Planner Industrial Engineers to manage capacity planning effectively.

+ Ensure optimal use of resources and adherence to production schedules.

+ Spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of production technologies for new and existing products.

+ Validate and implement innovative production solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Drive cost-saving projects by identifying and facilitating development opportunities.

+ Evaluate current processes and propose improvements to achieve significant savings.

+ Focus on improving production technologies to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase robustness.

+ Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

+ Provide support to production or production departments to enable seamless hand-over, training, and troubleshooting of production processes.

+ Assist in resolving production issues and optimizing workflow for better productivity.

Your Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

+ Proven experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Familiarity with production technologies and machine development

+ Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
